Dr. Anderson, Medical Director for Sanford Laboratories, also serves as Laboratory Director of Sanford Health. He actively serves on many committees, and is a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
After graduation from medical school at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Dr. Anderson completed his pathology residency at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Sioux Falls. Dr. Anderson, Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology, is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine.
Dr. Anderson is active in the region as a consulting pathologist and is available for consultative support to Sanford Laboratories clients. He became Sanford Laboratories' Medical Director at its inception in 1994, and has been with LCM Pathologists, P.C. since 1985. In addition, Dr. Anderson is an Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine.
