Strong technical backgrounds and reference laboratory experience prepare our Client Support Representatives to be your local resource.

Client Support office hours are listed below:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday, 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Client Support is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by cell phone with instant access to laboratory data via a laptop computer.
Client Support can also access technical and pathology support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

Our Client Support Staff has over 175 combined years of laboratory experience to better enable us to assist you and answer your questions. Our representatives have extensive technical backgrounds that include both laboratory training and nursing experience that allow us to relate personally to you. Much has changed over the years; however, one thing remains constant--and that is our commitment to you, our clients. Our entire team is committed to providing you with the most up-to-date, quality laboratory services...for you and your patients.
